What is Sunrise Boot Camp for Women?
If you’re ready to get in shape, lose weight, and have fun while you do it, Sunrise Boot Camp is the place for you!
Offering 5-day and 3-day-a-week morning fitness Boot Camps, and evening & weekend boxing and fitness classes, Sunrise Boot Camp for Women is a unique, go-at-your-own-pace program for women of all ages, fitness levels, and exercise backgrounds. Under the direction of fitness expert Bobby Steiner, Sunrise Boot Camp for Women can help you tone up, lose weight, increase flexibility and balance, and improve your overall health with the perfect combination of strength training exercises and cardio workouts.
Sunrise Boot Camp classes are held in the dome at Four Seasons Golf Center on East Broad Street, just off I-270 in Columbus. Not only does the dome offer the benefits of two acres of indoor space, perfect for year-round workouts, but the floor is artificial turf over movable dirt, so it won’t wear on your knees the way hard gym floors can. You won’t find anything else like it in Columbus!

Sunrise Boot Camp classes offer rigorous, full-body workouts in 4-weeks-on/1-week-off sessions. Each week will include your choice of three or five one-hour classes, and because variety is key, workouts vary each day, and each day features a different training emphasis. You’ll love the challenges offered by the Arm Farm, the Shoulder Molder, the Chest Test, and the Back Attack – plus core, balance, flexibility, and heart-pumping cardio workouts.
2012 Boot Camp Session Dates:
Current: April 16 – May 11
Session 5: May 21 – June 15
Session 6: July 2 – July 27 (3 days a week ONLY)
Session 7: August 6 – August 31 (3 days a week ONLY)
Session 8: September 17 – October 12
Session 9: October 22 – November 16
Session 10: November 26 – December 21
Each session runs Monday-Friday for four weeks and is offered at three separate times:
Dawn: 5:30-6:30 a.m.
Sunrise: 7:00-8:00 a.m.
Daylight: 8:30-9:30 a.m.
Evening & Weekend Classes
In addition to Boot Camp sessions, Sunrise Boot Camp for Women also offers evening & weekend fitness classes in the dome at Four Seasons Golf Center!
Full Circuit, Cardio, Core, and Kick - Saturdays @ 9 a.m.
Prepare to sculpt your physique with this full body circuit workout. Includes resistance and cardio stations, as well as kicking and punching on the heavy bag.
Rip, Tear, and Repair - Mondays & Wednesdays @ 6:30 p.m.
On Monday and Wednesday evenings, you can get in a great circuit-style cardio workout!
